Multigen Series

Multi-portion hostess carts

Our multi-portion hostess point of service trolley is comprised of an oven, a refrigerated section and heated serving counter. It’s designed specifically for Cook-Serve, Cook-Chill and Cook-Freeze applications.

Four models are available:

  • Multigen S– a single dual oven compartment trolley
  • Multigen XS– an oven and a refrigerated compartment trolley
  • Multigen M – a dual oven and a refrigerated compartment trolley with plate warmer option
  • Multigen L – two separate oven compartments

  • Built-in HACCP monitoring can be connected to our remote BCloud monitoring system

  • Available with a wide range of options and accessories to complement your
    service
Rack transfer system

The Rack Transfer system allows food to be loaded and then transferred to a designated service point in a temperature-controlled environment. It docks onto the Multigen and the racks are then easily inserted into the oven or fridge with no manual lifting required.
