Tray-Line

Food portioning systems, mobile dispensers and bain-marie equipment. A wide range of ambient, heated and refrigerated tray line portioning systems that consists of tray dispensers, plate and basket dispensers, bain-maries and conveyor belts.

Band and Cord Conveyor belts
  • Available in various lengths from 3-10m
  • Polyurethane coating with white PVC cleans quickly
  • Speed control adjustable from 4-16 m/min
  • Two emergency stop buttons
  • Can be supplied with built in or remote compressor systems for refrigeration

Plate dispensers

Cool-Rite
    • Air curtain refrigerator maintains cold temperatures at 5°C for 45 minutes while the door is open
    • For cold plating or Cook-Serve operations
    • Door folds back to 270 to minimise space
    • Capacity to hold 9 GN 2/1 containers, positioned horizontally, or alternatively on a slant to ease access to products
    • Features electronic digital control and an automatic defrosting system
